All funds on the phil666 Platform are held and displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Phil666 supports the following local payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. No currency conversion fees are applied on PHP deposits or withdrawals processed through these channels.

Deposits:

• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your phil666 wallet instantly.
• Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are credited upon confirmation from the receiving bank, typically within 15–60 minutes during banking hours.
• Minimum deposit amounts are specified at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Phil666 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

Phil666 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are communicated at the time the bonus is presented. In addition to offer-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all phil666 bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, and payment method, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

• Account Sharing: Permitting any third party to access or operate your account.

All content on the phil666 Platform — including but not limited to the phil666 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phil666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without express written consent.
• Use the phil666 name, logo, or branding in any context outside the Platform without authorisation.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract source code from any software component of the Platform.

Phil666 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Phil666's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phil666 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Voluntary Closure: You may request closure of your phil666 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

Involuntary Closure: Phil666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.

• Engagement in prohibited activities as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a specified timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, phil666 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as partial compensation for damages, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.

If you wish to raise a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of your phil666 account, game outcome, transaction, or bonus, please follow the procedure below:

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects when the current version of these Terms was published. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from or related to your use of the phil666 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under applicable Philippine law.

Phil666 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. References to PAGCOR in these Terms reflect the regulatory context within which phil666 operates for its Philippine player base.
